However, if there's obscene language on your site which are not suitable for children,
your site will be removed from the queue immediately. Also, we do check
sites regularly.
When you are in the queue and have added
the required HTML code somewhere on your site, just simply e-mail me and I'll add you into
the ring ASAP.
After you've done that, all you have to
do is wait for an e-mail to tell you that you have been added to the ring.
That's it! You should now be able to
navigate the entire ring until to make it back to your own page (although it may take a
while). An easy way to make sure it is working is to come back to the bottom of this page
and see if the next button takes you to your own page.
Try to only add pages to the ring that
you think are "cool" and "worthy" enough to contribute to the
"Cool Ring Community" (I guess you could say that).
If it is just links, Java or Active X and
has no real content, don't add it. Exceptions apply in some cases.
If it is just a hatchet job on other
people's stuff, don't add it.
We would have all the queued sites to
have make the necessary changes to their page including all of the changes to the HTML
fragment above that are necessary (e-mail address, graphics, site ID number
etc.) and check to see that they are correct before inserting them in the ring. This will
guarantee that the ring will function correctly immediately.
